CANE CRUSHER (HORIZONTAL)

INTODUCTION:-
Power Sugar Cane Crusher is specially designed to walk on 5 HP Electric motor and is suitable for sugar Laboratory having small acreage of sugar cane. These crushers are fitted with Horizontal three rollers mounted on heavy cast iron frame. These Cane Crushers have been designed and built on sound Engineering principles, after years of trial in actual field Conditions. These are guarantee to give uniformly higher extraction and considerably greater output. Steel Gears and negligible requirement of spares.

SPECIAL FEATURES:-
AXLES : Made of high frade tough steel being fitted is hot runk in to the roller. They will not become loose even under most stemous condition
ROLLERS :- Made of high grade cast iron . They are grooved to take hold of the sugar cane.
SIDE PLATES :-Made of high grade cast iron and carefully machined being very heavy in weight They offer rigidity to the crushers and it makes the crushers safe and compact machine.
BEARINGS:- Made of high grade gun metal.
