Hot Air Ovens are suitable for temperature up to 250 Deg C for chemicals,
glassware in laboratories, research institutions, industries, hospitals & R & D centers. This is suit to various
applications like heating, drying, sterilizing 7 baking.

| CONSTRUCTION: |
|
All external cases are made of mild steel, often with strong seamless welding & covered with a thick layer of
stoved epoxypolyster paint. This provide a strong, highly screech & heat resistant surface for a long lasting attractive
finish. Internal surfaces ( Including of the doors) are manufactured from either aluminium or stainless steel, with great
care in order to eliminate sharp edges. The double walled chamber is filled with high frade insulation to prevent heat
loss. Elements are of the sheathed black heat type are put inside beads & placed at the bottom & in both the side ribs are
placed for uniform temperature. The door closes on to an as bestos-gasket the shelves slide neatly into the fixed runners.
The fixed vatilators are provided on both side of the wall. The thermometer is provided on the top of oven to check the
temperature. The oven is mounted on four rubber feet to prevent slipping & this protects the bench surface. The control
panel house a main On/Off switch indicator lamp & temperature setting knob. The scale is calibrated in 5 Deg C
steps.

chamber made out of richly anodized aluminium or highly polished stainless steel sheet and outer made out of thick mild
steel sheet finished in white powder coating paint. Double wall door with double glass window for observation in the
chamber.

| Temperature range 5° C above ambient to
80° c ± 2° C controlled by a thermostat. L-shaped thermometer is provided for taking temperature readings. Panel is
provided with pilot lamps for mains & heaters, On-off switch, temperature control knob etc. The equipment is workable on
220 V AC 50 Hz single phase. Heating is achieved from 3 sides. Perforated removable shelves also provided. |

determination of Bio-chemical oxygen demand (B.O.D.) This unit is composed for triple walled chamber with a thick layer of
fine glass woof to prevent loss of heat. For lower temperature work a cooling unit is provided at the lower portion of the
working chamber and heating arrangement has been made in the inner chamber for work of higher temerature. The temperature
various from 5ºC to 50ºC adjustable at any desired point by means of a high precision double action thermo regulator with
in the variation of ± 1ºC. Air circulation fan has been provided to keep the temperature uniform inside the chamber. Inner
chamber is fabricated from thick aluminium anodized shelves are provided. Unbreakable Acrylic transparent door inside.
Referation unit is formed by ISI marked compressor.

It is used for
sterilization under saturated pressure at any selected point between 10 to 20 p.s.i. (adjustable). These are double walled
units with inner chamber (Boiler) made of 18 S.W.G. stainless steel and outer chamber is covered with S.S.Lid is tightened
by wing nuts/radial locking system (AS ORDERED). Fitted with neoprene rubber gasket, all system are hydraulically tested
upto 40 p.s.i. as a safety measure. All autoclaves are fitted with standard accessories such as water indicator, pressure
gauge, steam release cock, spring loaded safety valve and heating element. Supplied complete with S.S basket, cord and plug
to work on 220/230 volts A.C. supply.

inner made up of heavy gauge S. S. sheet. Gaps between the two walls is dully fitted with high grade glass wood to avoid
thermal loss. Temperature range from 50º C to 150º C is controlled by hydraulic type thermostat with an accuracy of ± 1º C
It is capable of withstanding a high vacuum. Provided with vacuum gauge, see through transparent window of toughened glass
